Being straight with you about where we are. TIMEWOX is new. We are not taking payments yet, and we would rather prove the product is worth paying for than put a price on something no school has stress-tested through a real term.
So the deal is simple. You use it for free with no deadline, and when something is broken, slow or missing, you tell us. If we introduce paid plans later, schools already using TIMEWOX will get plenty of notice and will never be cut off without warning.
Questions
The things schools ask us first.
- Is it really free? What is the catch?
- There is no catch and no time limit. We are early, and we would rather have schools using this and telling us what is wrong with it than have a payment page nobody has tested. You get the whole product, capped by size rather than by a countdown.
- Do we need a credit card?
- No. We do not collect card or bank details anywhere in the product, because there is currently nothing to charge for.
- What are the limits?
- Up to 10 active teachers and 5 classes. Everything else is unrestricted. If you hit a cap, the product tells you clearly rather than failing quietly.
- What counts toward the teacher limit?
- Only active teacher accounts. If a teacher leaves and you archive their account, they stop counting. Administrator accounts do not count at all.
- What if we have more than 10 teachers?
- Get in touch and tell us about your school. We are working with early schools individually rather than pointing them at a checkout, and we will sort something out.
- Will you start charging later?
- Probably, once the product has earned it. We will give schools plenty of notice before anything changes, we will never turn a working timetable off without warning, and we will not charge anyone who has not agreed to pay.
- What happens to our data if we stop using it?
- Your data is retained for 90 days after you ask us to close the workspace, so you can export it or change your mind, and is then permanently deleted. You can request an export or earlier deletion at any time.
- How do we tell you something is broken or missing?
- Email us. At this stage feedback from real schools is the most valuable thing we can get, and it goes to the people writing the code, not a ticket queue.
